Ravel Strategy Group (“Ravel”, “we”) respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Introductions. If you use the “Make an introduction” form, we collect your name and email address, and the name, email address and company of the person you are introducing. You confirm that you have their permission to share these details.

Consult bookings. “Book a consult” takes you to our Google Calendar booking page. Booking details you enter there are collected by Google on our behalf and shared with us so we can meet with you.

Email and phone. If you contact us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to you, follow up on an introduction, schedule and hold a consult, and, if an introduction leads to an engagement, arrange the referral payment. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your consent.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run this website and handle messages: Replit (website hosting), FormSubmit (delivers introduction form submissions to our email), and Google (calendar booking and email). These providers may store data outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing sameena@ravelstrategygroup.com. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
